The Thanksgiving Holiday Share will be available for a one time pick-up the week before Thanksgiving. All of the produce listed can be stored or frozen until it is ready to be prepared. We will provide storage hints on our blog (http://parkerproduce.blogspot.com) as well as recipe ideas for certain items. The following items are included in the share.
- Potatoes
- Winter Squash
- Pie Pumpkin
- Carrots
- Turnips
- Beets
- Leeks
- Onions
- Brussells Sprouts
- Kale*
- Salad Greens or Spinach*
- Broccoli*
Plus apples and apple cider from a local orchard.
